Fire Safety and Emergency Information

FIRE ALARM TEST:
The fire alarms will be tested at 11.00 am every Tuesday morning to ensure the hotels fire system is in the correct working order.
No action is required by guests during this time.

At all other times, when the fire alarms sounds, please evacuate your room immediately.

IN CASE OF FIRE:
Please familiarise yourself with the emergency plan posted on the back of your bedroom door and where the location of your bedroom is. This plan indicates the nearest fire exit to your bedroom.

Do not open any windows.

Dial ‘0’ in case of any emergency to talk to a member of our reception team.

In case of a fire, please leave your room carefully and quickly and please do not bring any personal belongings with you.

Please do not use the lift/elevator in the event of an emergency, instead please use the fire escapes.

The hotel fire assembly point is located outside the main entrance in the hotel car park.

Never re-enter the hotel until a member of staff indicates that it is safe to do so.
